Today we hiked up to Lake Eva which is freshwater waystation where Salmon aclimate themselves back to freshwater before heading further upstream. Afterwords david went Kayaking and then we both declined an opportunity to join the polar bear club and jump in the water. .
Among the things we've eaten on hikes: Pickel weed, salmon berries, blue berries, kelp, certain types of sedgegrass and miniature cranberry.
